Are Area office taking shortcuts and only doing partial inspections in direct violation of the NEP?
There is no way OSHA will get done this year depsites Fook's promise to the media and Congress.
WE estimate in 2014 the US refineries will be done at this snails pace.

More likely date is 2020 or maybe that is a TV show and like the NEP will be gone by then

The press releases on CITGO Lemont said $155K in penalties; and discusses multiple violations. This inspection is not in the database on www.osha.gov...

Frontier; KS was the first NEP "result" given to the media back in December and do not see that on the list; along with a couple of others.

WE will check the database on Citgo again on Monday.

In 2020, we might celebrate some refinery's 100 year anniversary.

Depends on what you mean by 'shortcut.' Going through the questions with the employer rep, letting them say, 'Yes, we've got that,' not verifying the answer, and then moving on? That may be how some of these are being conducted.

We rechecked Citgo and it still shows only one citation. It looks like the IMIS data is not correct.
